Distinguished Guests,

 As you have already been informed, access to the restaurant’s and bar’s terrace (and in the indoor lounges at the time the authorities will allow it) can only be made with a nominal reservation at the following telephone number 0732 121 614. Reservations will be confirmed exclusively within the limit of availability, according to the reduced capacity due to the application of the physical distance rules. Information colected: the initials of your name, the occupied room number, the number of persons for whom the reservation is made (no more than 4 at one table) and the time of booking. These details will be kept only 16 days, following the regulations for processing of personal data. The information is intended exclusively for authorities to identify traceability in the event of any epidemiological investigation that would concern our location. Access to the terrace imposed exclusively from the outside will be maintained until the authorities also allow the use of indoor lounges.

In the morning, access to the breakfast serving areas, at this time exclusively on the terrace (later also in the lounge according to future regulations) is made at a predetermined time, based on a previous option for the breakfast serving interval, made at the time of your  arrival in the hotel for the entire stay.  This option is expressed at the hotel reception at the time of accommodation and is confirmed by the receptionist within the limits of the seats still available in the chosen interval or you will be suggested another time interval where seats are available. There will be a minimum of 5 intervals of 40 minutes between 07:00 and 11:00. Access to the breakfast service area is allowed by stating your room number and only in the first half of the reserved and confirmed interval.

This division by intervals for meals is determined by the imposed regulations on physical distance, as a result of which the available capacity has decreased significantly. Therefore, please arrive for breakfast at the start of your interval so that you can have 40 min. for enjoying your meal and so that you can vacate the terrace before the end of your allotted interval.

On the terrace(at the time the authorities will allow it, also in the restaurant lounges) we ask that always, regardless of the time of day, you have a decent and complete attire, you comply with the rules of personal hygiene and you maintain the required physical distance of at least 1.5 m.

On the terrace or in the lounges the placement of tables and chairs categorically cannot be changed, for any reason. For families with children, please request the necessary assistance to place the additional seats.

It is also forbidden to transfer menus, salt and pepper shakers, cruets and other objects from one table to another.

For your convenience, the menus are single-use and once received you can keep or throw away. You can also download the restaurant and bar menus on your personal phone by scanning the QR codes below.

To and from the restrooms located in the hotel, the traffic will be made according to the lanes marked as such with signs. Remember to wash your hands and use disinfectant after using the restroom.

Payment for meal services ordered and consumed is preferable to be made by credit/debit card in order to limit contact with money.

For the safety of you and our employees, all rules and restrictions in effect at this time will be maintained throughout the summer season, subject to legal regulations, and after the time when service will be allowed in the lounges located indoors.

We hope that the dishes will be to your taste and will arrive as quickly as possible on the table, although even in our kitchen the rules of distancing apply and many other new rules of sanitary safety are implemented, making the culinary production process difficult.

However, we are convinced that with good communication and a positive attitude, we will be able, together with your understanding and participation, to offer you the satisfaction of a successful stay by the sea.

In compliance with EU Regulation no 1169/2011, with the mandatory information regarding ingredients with allergenic effects existing in food products prepared and served in the restaurant, we present the list of the 14 food allergens that can be found in the dishes composition:
